Finding A New Home

One of the best things that ever happened to us was when my husband and I both got new, good-paying jobs. That's when we decided that we were going to buy a house. We had both been renting for a while, and that's when we knew that we had to go ahead and stop the renting life, in favor of a home we could live in together with our children.

The first thing we did was to think about where we wanted to live. That was important, after all. We needed to make sure that we lived somewhere that our children could grow up, and somewhere affordable. We thought about whether we really wanted to stay in the area we were, or whether we wanted to move far away. This took most of our planning, to be honest. We had both moved a lot as kids and wanted to make sure to spare our children that kind of drama.

When we decided to stay where we were, we decided to get a realtor. We knew we didn't have to, but we really wanted to make sure we saw all the homes that we were eligible for. He ended up doing a lot of work for us, and helped us through the rest of the process, which we didn't know much about.

Our realtor suggested that we talk to our bank about getting a mortgage beforehand. My husband thought we should try to get a loan from anyone, and that turned out to be a great idea, because our bank gave us a higher rate than anyone else did.

Having a good idea of what we could spend in mind, we started looking at houses. If you have ever had to choose a house with another person, it can be a challenge. My husband and I get along very well, but it was a little trying to pick out the house we'd spend the rest of our days in. Not only that, but we both had to work so we had to see a lot of houses at once during the weekend. It was hard to remember which house was which house. Obat Berbagai Macam Penyakit Skrotum

All of that changed when we saw a little blue house near the bay. It was smaller than we thought we wanted, but we loved how close it was to the water. It had an enormous yard, so we could build an addition if we wanted, or we could put in a pool. The property had a lot of possibilities. My husband saw that right away. I needed some convincing. My husband did everything he could think of to get me to agree to that house, and when I finally did he actually jumped up and down!

Now that we've been living here a while, I know that we made the right choice. This house is just the right size for us right now, and we can always expand when we have our children. I love our new house.
